Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

I wish to thank the Receptionists and Ground staff for helping my parents and sister during their stay in Aurika. They were old and new to the place, and hardly knew their way around. The Aurika exceptional staff went out of their busy schedule to help them. My mother had a medical emergency and the staff really helped them to get the medicine on time. My sincere Thank you to every one of them. I am sorry My parents could not catch the names of the helping staff. But please do pass on my gratitude to them. The staff on duty were from the Morning of 12th March to 13th March 2025 on duty. Accommodating my parents and sister in their respective hotel rooms before the check-in time as they were really old and tired from their journey. The transport from hotel to airport was also arranged with all their luggage. Thank you so much. They had the best hospitality on board. Much appreciated. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and anyone who wish to stay in Mumbai near the airport.

The quality of the bathroom was very good, the generously sized rooms (we booked the suite) and the breakfast buffet had a good range of variety, although not the largest that we experienced during our Mumbai stay.
