What an amazing experience at the Taj Palace! This was a big treat for us on our Indian travels, and we loved every minute of it. The hospitality is absolutely perfect. They really treat you like family and are very thoughtful with daily gifts they leave in your room. We were welcomed in our room with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband's birthday, and the staff made our stay as comfortable as can be. Big thanks to Dillip, Salman, and Sanjeev, who are a credit to the hotel ! The amenities are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed the heritage tour to learn about the history of the Taj. It is a magnificent hotel, and we look forward to coming back. It was an unforgettable stay.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Mumbai. Very convenient location near the airport, they accommodated an early check in which we were very grateful for as we travelled with two small children. The food was fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, and the place spotless. We only stayed for a day and half a night and were provided with a packed breakfast. Can highly recommend this place.

Picked us up and saved what was a very stressful day, totally calmed the situation. We missed our flight back to the USA, your folks were truly a quiet in the storm for us. Even helped us take Rickshaw to get some cough medicine which made my wife feel much better. Ya'll Rocked it!!
