The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The rooms were very well designed and fully stocked with everything we'd need.

Adam at the desk was very helpful, especially. Both on arrival and in organising a cab. The other staff were excellent. I also had great service from the three staff who worked at the front desk during the night of 18 to 19th Fab... I don't know their names. The duty manager was particularly helpful. I ha a very early departure time.
