Staff were extremely helpful and arranged complimentary pickup from the railway station. Driver was prompt although we were delayed 3hrs. Rooms were clean and cozy. View was amazing. We had all our meals at Tangerine and they were extremely delicious. Our wait staff Sabari was also very patient and helped with arranging for our dietary needs.

GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee overlooking the misty hills — such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is perfect for couples and families who are looking to unwind and enjoy nature. 🌧️🌼 ⛰️ Highly recommend Mango Hills for anyone visiting Yercaud. It’s the best place to relax and enjoy the scenic views. We would definitely love to come back again!
