Our stay was incredible, it far exceeded our expectations! The place is much better than the photos show! Everything tasteful, very clean, with incredible service. The team takes care of your needs and solves them in the best way possible. In a special way, we were welcomed at breakfast by the manager Davide who called us by name and treated us in a kind and very attentive manner and with super professionalism. There's no way not to be enchanted by this hotel! We will definitely come back and recommend.

Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us . My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.
