Loved the friendliness of the staff - the man who checked me in was exceptionally helpful! Teresa in the breakfast room - a true hostess! Breakfast was enough. The room was spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the port from the breakfast terrace. I loved staying here. Grazie.

The hotel is excellent, we are satisfied except for the chechin hour, it was written that the check-in is available after 9 pm but somehow I didn't notice, so we had to stay for a few hours in front of the hotel before checking

Amazing Dario and Paula!! Really caring and thoughtful couple that run an amazing property. Great outdoor space with magnificent pools. Amazing and kind staff. Best place to stay in!! Everything was wonderful. Hotel Casa Giusepina is a real gem. Hosted by a lovely family that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the room was made every day. Breakfast is very good and offers a variety of fruits, jams, pastries, cheese and cold meats. Dinner was a nice experience, a 4 course meal every night and it was very tasty, fine italian cuisine. There is an intimate open air pool with thermal water, jacuzzi and sauna. The facility is equipped with showers and a toilet, comfortable sunbeds and a self-service bar. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about the casa - breakfast was fulfilling, there is the possibility of very good dinners. Nearby quite peaceful beach (near the bus stop), a pool with very good views, comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly stuff - all together made our stay so perfect, that we would next time go back and stay longer :)

Room and whole hotel was super cute and very clean. There thermal pools were awesome. Walking distance to small downtown area with shops/market, beach, and some great restaurants. Would recommend also walking to the Poseidon thermal baths! Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal with fresh juices and tons of options. Front desk staff was great at arranging affordable taxi rides. Also check out the spa offers they were very affordable I got a massage that was great and a couple friends got massages and facials that were great!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was beyond attentive and so helpful in making sure we had anything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the spa gorgeous, clean and rejuvenating. Breakfast was superb as was dinner. It was not far from the castle and downtown shops, but secluded enough to give you a private Oasis. This place was so fabulous we had to force ourselves to go site-seeing. Just book it! You will be happy that you did.
