We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top. The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming. The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit. Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right.

The B&B is excellent. It is a renovated farmhouse. So rustic wooden floors, large rooms and well furnished. It has a common kitchen which guests are allowed to use. Breakfast is served individually with coffee and eggs made as you like it. The staff hospitality was outstanding. Wonderful.

It was very nice and special experience to stay in this family pension. Everything was perfect, starting with warm welcoming and smooth check-in, follow up with excellent services during the breakfast and dinners, privat shuttle service - really practical and time saving, good room service including nice details like blanket folded into a different shape every morning. On top, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And we highly recommend to order half-board! Dinners were soo delicious!! - and included starter, soup, main course and desert. Also the locatin was quite and very close to the lifts. It was really great time to stay there and we will definatelly coma back again!

Hotel Krondlhof is a cozy and modernly furnished hotel in an excellent location, just a short distance from the ski lifts to Kronplatz. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The absolute highlight of our stay was the dinners – an exceptional culinary experience! I simply have to come back again.

This property is simply outstanding! The location is great if you want to explore the dolomites, the food is delicious and the half-broad menu varies daily. The spa and pool facilities are very nice and the rooms are beautiful as well as thoughtfully designed. The best part of the trip though was given by the staff: everyone has been incredible, friendly and professional. Special thanks to miss Veronica who gave us the best tips to make the most out of our holiday, to the bartender who delighted us with the best drinks, and to Claudia who baked excellent apfel strudels! Truly, we had a great time at Langgenhof!
