Magnificent stay in such a beautiful setting. We loved it. Spa, pools and warm lake were wonderful. Very peaceful and not over populated with tourists. A magical place to return, for sure.

I really loved the design and clean tasteful apartment - all well made. Building itself is a jewel, everything renovated and made as a boutique hotel - high class. I would come back here to enjoy it once more, I had a great time in a yard and wellness Center and also enjoyed walks in this medieval authentic Italian city.

Lovely apartment with modern decor and great facilities, garage parking very close to the apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. Great having the hotel facilities available to us including a swimming pool, gym and restaurant. The restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was great as you could walk along the lakeside into the town in about 5 minutes.

We are on the Varese shores of Lake Maggiore, in the town of Laveno-Mombello.

The room was spacious, very clean, large bathroom with good towels and toiletries. We had large terrace with amazing view at the lake. We got 2 bottles of water every day, not on arrival only. Coffee machine prepared good coffee. Fridge of minibar was enough large allowing us to put fruits and another purchased goods. Breakfast was very good and served on the terrace, the staff was very polite and helpful.

The building is brand new and equipped to the highest standards. The rooftop terrace is fantastic- a 360 degree view on the lake panorama.
