The room was very spacious and has a huge balcony with an outstanding view. Also we enjoyed a great and rich breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly as well.

The hospitality of the staff and they’re cleaning of the facilities make it worthwhile attending the hotel Del Boro wellness and medical spa. Initially we took on the hotel because of its right however with the use of its facilities the spa the massage and the steam room it was truly worthwhile visit to the hotel. I cannot comment enough on how friendly every team member was about customer service. I own a business myself and I wish and I hope that this country feel which entered my soul at the business can be continued in my own back home in Australia.

Very quiet place, very good position to reach all the surrounding place of interest like bagni di san Filippo, Montepulciano, caseificio cugusi and a lot more. Staff very friendly and helpful, they suggested where to eat and booked the table for us. Nice breakfast with many different choices, croissants were amazingly good!

We had a very pleasant 3 nights in this property. Very clean, Staff excellent, nothing was a problem. Lovely outdoor pool with bar. Breakfast excellent. Would love to return.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori Wellness & Spa in Chianciano Terme, and we had a pleasant and relaxing experience overall. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and accommodating nature. Despite arriving much earlier than the check-in time, they welcomed us warmly, offering us a drink while recommending great places to visit and dine around the area. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay. The spa on level 4 was a highlight—a serene place to unwind while taking in the lovely view. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the essentials we needed. While the bed wasn’t fully comfortable due to slightly noticeable springs, it didn’t significantly affect our sleep as we still managed to rest well. We also enjoyed the hotel’s charming facade, where we could sip tea or coffee while admiring the fantastic views—such a delightful experience! Overall, the hospitality, relaxing spa, and beautiful setting made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit so pleasant!

The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, everyone at reception was particularly helpful. The restaurant serves great food and Davide was especially welcoming. The bar is a great find. Alfonso was very friendly and knowledgeable.

If you like the countryside of Tuscany, please don't miss this place. The quiet environment and charming scenery, the breakfast food is very good, there are many good restaurants and wineries around, the owner of the hotel looks very much like Robert the Iron Man, I look forward to coming back next time
