I had the best stay at Natura Boutique Chalet. Everything was excellent, from the check-in experience, to the rooms, breakfast, and everything in between. The staff and management are very welcoming. I was given plenty of tips for hikes, was able to use the laundry facilities, and was even offered a ride to the train station because I didn’t have a car. I rarely leave reviews but I had such an amazing stay here and I look forward to coming back one day.

It was incredibly comfortable, the spa was excellent, and the breakfast was super. The dinner options were extensive and delicious, with a salad bar with the largest selection I’ve ever seen, and very good wine.

Everything was perfect! Top Class fascilitie! The best part was how ALL staff had a natural gift of givning the best service ever. The Front desk welcomming was fantastic and all restaurant staff was great, housekeeping as well. I want to give extra credit to a fantastic person (Yela) working at the bar. So cool and so professional.

weekend. We got a lovely room at the top floor. It was really nice and spacious and daily cleaned with superb quality. Didn’t expected that. The hotel staff was nice, professional and helpful. We had hotel breakfasts during our stay. They were tasty with good choice of local products, sweets and Italian coffee served.
