We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Gardone Riviera, but what truly made it special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – especially Miki, the waiter at breakfast and by the pool. Miki was incredibly attentive and kind to both of us and our 2-year-old son. Always smiling, helpful, and thoughtful, he made sure we felt welcome and comfortable every single morning. He went out of his way to make our little one feel at ease, which meant a lot to us as traveling parents. Thank you, Miki, for making our mornings so pleasant – you really made a difference in our stay. We’d love to come back!

An exceptional stay at Eden Reserve Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Thomas and Bruno were extremely welcoming and very helpful, guiding us in discovering this beautiful region with valuable advice. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are simply stunning. A special thanks to Elias, who runs the restaurant with great professionalism and always a smile. The chef offers a varied menu with delicious Mediterranean cuisine. And to top it all off, the sunrise with a view of the lake is simply breathtaking!

Our big family spent only one night in three rooms in Bike hotel. It wasn't problem to come late at night. All the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and we loved breakfast. In the morning we got presents for kids. We will definitely come back again for longer time.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! There is absolutely nothing to dislike. The hotel exceeds all expectations, it's beautifully designed with stunning views and exceptional service. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the rooms are simply wonderful. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Good location. 30m from the lake and a nice promenada with restaurants and terraces. It has a roof terrace with lake view. It has elevator and the room is really spacious, with kitchen. Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

This was an impromptu stop on the way to Venice so we had no idea about the area or expectations for the hotel and it completely exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful and set directly on the lake. The staff were polite, attentive and seemed happy to help with anything. The spa facilities included were excellent, it was great to have both indoor and outdoor pools as well as the Sauna. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Overall just a great experience and already booked our next stay.

The staff were so attentive, the breakfast a brilliant spread, great cocktails, amazing location, and excellent on site restaurants and food. The spa was fantastic, with great relaxation areas, and it was super easy to rent water sports equipment.
