Photos are reliable, service 5*, location,very detailed information was given to us by the receptionist Ivan (thank him very much for such a welcome) and the shuttle driver. Shuttle to the ski lift and to the hotel (waited not more 2-3 minutes) Delicious dinners. The presence of the hotel owner created a caring atmosphere.. live music. Fruits and tea with sweets were always at the reception. The view from the window is breathtaking... Upon departure, beautiful Mrs Lorenzetti comes out to personally see off the guests and gives her cake. Thank you.

The whole experience was perfect. I would also like to say the staff were amazing with a mention to Ilaria (who made us feel so welcome when we first arrived), Michelle, Fabiola and all the other staff. We would love to come back in the winter.

They have impeccable manners coupled with a ready smile and treat you like an honoured relative. The common areas - lounge, restaurant and spa -are immensely comfortable, relaxing and elegant all at once and all have a wonderful view. The most simple rooms are very pleasant, including an excellent shower and nice balcony and are spotlessly clean. The cuisine is absolutely delicious: fresh produce, very savourily cooked and seasoned, and catering to all tastes including any dislikes and allergies, the breakfast is literally the best we've had.
