The whole experience was excellent from the time we arrived - absolutely beautiful. Mauro the host was exceptional & Angela's breakfast amazing - so fresh. Very tastefully decorated and the grounds were amazing - very private.

The suite was lovely and nicely fitted in modern style with high ceiling. Washroom was a decent size although not large for a luxury rated property. Check in and check out were a breeze with Sara messaging us a day before arrival. Location is great, only a short stroll to the lovely old town and all those great dining options. Although only has street parking, both ticketed and free, these were not difficult to find iwhen we returned in the evening. Of course we were there in May so not sure what parking will be like in peak season. The breakfast spread was good with mix of hot and cold, one of the better ones during our trip through Puglia. We would rate this b'fast 2nd out of our 5 B&B locations. And service was cheerful. Monopoli turned out to be a good choice when we were tossing between it, Polignano and Valle d'Itria. We would recommend staying at Monopoli, and staying at 1212 Pirrelli.

Liked everything! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the bed is beyond reproach. The kitchen is perfect every day. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Beach near the hotel. Very nice and wonderful staff, I was impressed with their service. I will coming back to this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

I liked everything! It was amazing!! The room was exceptional!! Super clean... I even had toothbrush and toothpaste and since i m a dentist i value this little detail ☺️. The owner was very polite and nice. He helped me with everything and especially finding a taxi to the airport of bari at 5AM!!! I recommend it 100%

Exceptionally clean, not too large but desent for night stay. Clise to the oenter with many restaurants. Easy checkin. Good quality linen and towels.

The location was great - few minutes from the train station and the old town. Staff was very helpful, they answered quickly and helped with any questions that came up.
