A very kind staff serves an excellent breakfast. The restaurant's location is very scenic, as it is positioned on the last floor: one can admire the beautiful hilly landscape around the hotel. The spa is beautiful and you can spend hours there. The experience in the different kinds of pools is relaxing. You can also enjoy two different kinds of sauna, a steam bath and a Kneipp therapy for circulation. You can choose massages of different kinds. There is no garden outside the structure, but it is near beautiful parks, such as the huge Tettuccio Park where one can walk freely and find beautiful spa palaces in an ornate liberty style

The location is perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in centro. The event we traveled for was in Pistoia and all hotels were booked. This was the perfect alternative.
