All the staff were professional and friendly. I asked for a reservation for a winery tour a day ago, and the desk staff handled it brilliantly. The swimming pool and spa are also neatly managed. There were various kinds of breakfast and the taste was satisfactory. It would be the best option if you were to take a vacation in the Tuscany region.

We loved every details of this boutique resort. High-quality designer furnitures, 600 count + silky cotton bedding, stylish decors around the room. Everything was looked after with quality and style. Pictures on the Web don't do any justice to what is real. It is much much better in real. I will go back many times again. Also Osmosi restaurant is excellent, though we payed 400 euros for dinner :)

If you like the countryside of Tuscany, please don't miss this place. The quiet environment and charming scenery, the breakfast food is very good, there are many good restaurants and wineries around, the owner of the hotel looks very much like Robert the Iron Man, I look forward to coming back next time

Beautiful building and decor. Extremely classy and tasteful. Loved the shower and products supplied. Really loved the spa and the outdoor areas and views were incredible. The breakfast was incredible and will be missed! We walked to the town and back every day for dinner or lunch and found it no problem. The staff were incredible and when we asked for hot water they gave us a kettle- which I don’t think we could have coped without!

Staff were brilliant. Rooms were comfortable & clean with a gorgeous balcony with stunning views. The food was delightful. The liver pate was a real surprise & so good, I ordered it again the following night. The steak was cooked to perfection and the pasta was outstanding. Fridge in room an unexpected treat fir letting water cold, etc.
