excellent service from owner and staff. we had to change the dates of our stay and it was very easy and nice on behalf of the owner to accept our request. we also asked to change the room for a better view, we asked for eggs for breakfast for our baby girl, we asked for a crib, we asked for a late check-out...every request was answered with a smile and the staff did everything to help and make our stay enjoyable. it's our second time here and we will defiantly be back.

While the house is a fair drive up the hill, it does have the benefit of a wonderful view as well as the peace and serenity that comes with being isolated. Blasco (The Owner) was extremely helpful on all fronts and any small issues were dealt with immediately. The house is well laid out and there is enough parking for two cars. The aircon is a must these days and all rooms had it. It has a wonderful cosy charm which means that it is as nice to stay here in the winter as it is in the summer.

We stayed at the resort over Christmas. The staff was exceptional (thank you to the hotel manager Giorgio for making it special) overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. All aspects of the resort are highly curated, the suite was beautiful, the views on the golf course are amazing. I also recommend to try out the golf club restaurant!

The Locanda Rossa is set among olive groves in the Maremma Toscana hills, 4 km from Capalbio. It features a spa, a Tuscan restaurant, and 2 swimming pools.

Undoubtedly one of the best “boutique hotels” I’ve stayed in. It’s going on my top fav places ever. We only stayed one night, we’ll return to enjoy all the facilities (spa, padel court, tennis court, probably renting some bikes). I gotthe feeling that the hotel is much better than announced. Breakfast is excellent, staff is exceptional and the hotel has exquisite decoration. We had dinner over the pool bar and everything was great. The rooms are over the moon comfortable and the bathroom was incredible. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved the branded products. We also got an upgraded room when we got there. Thank you so much for everything, we’ll surely be back!
