Excellent Boutique hotel with stunning decor and incredible attention to details. The rooms are luxurious, quiet, and cozy, the staff super friendly, attentive, impeccable from arrival to departure. The food is outstanding and I truly enjoyed the breakfast. Everything exceeded our expectations.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel immensely! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel's cleanliness and location are excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance. The breakfast is delicious and available until 11:00 a.m. My rating is 10/10 and I really enjoyed my stay in Palermo.

Can't wait to return. The owner greeted us and the staff were so friendly. Behind the battered entrance lies an oasis. All the guests i met felt the same. From the roof terrace to the bwdroom to the grounds to the indoor heated plunge pool. Nothing could be faulted. Decent restaurant next door. Marina and Buttina museum 7 min walk. Heaven! My only fear is it will get so popular i wont be able to get a room. Thank you so much made our last night in Pallermo so special.

Beautiful design in the rooms, very convenient location for all the highlights of Palermo. Good breakfast. Very kindly, we were able to check in early in the morning upon arrival to Palermo. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very charming place with a great terrace and impeccable service - only issue was that upstairs is a bit tough for tall people and one needs to know you have to climb 2-3 stairs to get to apartment.

Utterly entrancing place, newly renovated, charme de l'ancien and excellent new bathrooms with good sturdy fixtures. My little suite had a roof terrace as well as a balcony. Common areas are adorable and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, great value, super location around the corner from the hipsterish Moltivolti and just steps from Ballarò while shielded from the chaos in an historic, clean & quiet square. Highly recommended

Beautiful appartment close to the center of Palermo. Is very clean and bed is confy. We did not use de sauna or the Steam bath, but It is available. We did use the mini pool and IS amazing to relax after a long day of walking. Giuseppe IS an amazing host, he received us personally and explained everything we need to know. He also gave us a lot of recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. Everything was excellent
