The hotel has a good location if You are travelling by car. No any difficulties with parking near the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable, extremely clean. Super. Good, tasty and quite varied breakfasts. But the most important value is the incredible staff! This is the highest level of hospitality, friendliness and service. Every day of the stay will be wonderful thanks to the people working at the reception and in the restaurant!

With ski-to-door access, Hotel Cristal is set right next to the Obereggen ski lifts. It offers Alpine-style rooms with Dolomite views, a spa, and BBQ facilities.

We had a great stay. The service was excellent. The meals are great. Very nice pool. Giulietta in the dining room gave great service. The room was very large and comfortable.

The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I'm convince that soon it will be a Michelin star ratted restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at La Serenella. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to rest or a delectable meal, this hotel has it all. I can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
