Absolute luxury, gorgeous grounds - so well maintained. Room was huge and so luxurious. Pool was STUNNING and location was amazing too - right near gorgeous small towns and wineries! Breakfast was some the best I’ve ever had in Italy.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, not too crowded even in peak season (it was always easy to have a table outside for breakfast to enjoy the magnificent view), great value for money, nice location in a street with lots of restaurants and shops, welcoming to children even though it's not primarily intended as a family hotel (baby cots and baby chairs are available).

Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. The breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made each day and served with such care and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories at this magical place. Breakfast was nice! An array of fresh croissants, breads and jams plus eggs to order Inside dinning are was nice, but the outside patio was just spectacular , great view to enjoy a nice tea and cake Kids enjoyed the outside areas, especially swimming as the sun went down The staff was excellent - so helpful

A lovely retreat at the end of a dirt road - very much a place to go and have a few (or more) relaxed days off. We stayed over for a nearby wedding and wished that we'd been able to spend more time here since we would have like to have enjoyed more the food, wine and olive oil that was on offer. Much to be recommended :o)
