Amazing hotel in Venice made our visit to the city so exceptional. I have to give big thanks to the staff for their caring and support during our stay. Basically our luggage has not arrived at the airport, however the staff at the reception were dealing with the issue as it is their own responsibility. They were tracking our luggage status with the lost and found department, and when the luggage arrived they contacted us immediately. The breakfast was so good, many options in the menu and the food is so delicious. The room is very nice and the bathroom is so convenient. The hotel is an old palace and it has it’s own deck for the water taxi. The location of the hotel is very central where we could reach the attractions easily by walking. We really highly recommend this place.

A truly perfect boutique hotel with stunning views of Venice! Although it wasn’t our first time visiting the city, staying at this hotel made us fall in love with it all over again. The hotel is beautifully stylish, features a charming garden (which must be wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months), and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.
