We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

This place is so beautiful, with such amazing views, and the host Serena is just lovely. She provides breakfast on the beautiful terrace each morning with food fresh from the farm, you can try their wine. If she offers you dinner you should definitely take it - it’s the best food we’ve had in Italy so far. It’s also served in a beautiful glass house on the terrace which is completely stunning and has amazing views (I actually think it would be ideal for a small wedding). The rooms are lovely too! And there is an outdoor bar area, bowls, a pool, the terrace. We wish we had stayed for an extra day so we could spend another day just chilling here.

I stayed at Hotel Porto Venere and the experience was simply perfect. The location is unbeatable, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the harbor. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast was rich, varied, and of excellent quality, served on a terrace with a postcard-perfect view.
