The staff was outstanding, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We came by electric car and it was great to be met outside who took care of the car. They parked it in their garage and we could also charge it at a reasonable price. They parked breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of good food. Our room wasn’t big, but nice, clean and quiet. The location next to the arena perfect.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel just 5-10 minutes walk from the house of Juliet. All stuff is very professional and friendly. I had a bunch of flowers because I stayed there during my Birthday and I wanted to bring it to Milan, so the members of the Stuff gently packed my flowers so I could bring them home. SPA is the must!:) I highly recommend it. Thanks a lot to Alice who were on the phone even in her free time helping me to chose care products. Also even if you want to eat outside I recommend to try even once the restaurant of the hotel, I loved it. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern, clean and stylish. Soooo nice, really amazing to stay here. Bath tub with bubble, radio and heating worked perfectly and is so enjoyable. But also everything else, the kitchen, the bed and the room, the floor, the bath bagno is clean, big and nice. Best hotel in Verona. Quiet central, historic building, fabulous rooftop bar, great staff, excellent breakfast. Fabulous lounge and indoor bar.
