I like the staff, we arrived at early hour morning at about 5 AM out of hours check in, the reception and the staff Osama were very accommodating they took care of us, they have tried their best to get the room ready and while waiting they fed and fed us by 7 AM they let us have our breakfast. The main man of the house modir Moanad was very kind he let us check in early and put us on a suite room with no extra charge. Everything was organised. Generally all the staff are very hospitable and helpful.

there is something special about this hotel. it feels like an old cozy place with touch of modernized interior. and of course because of the people who work there, all staff so friendly and helpful. room service is in very high standard, if you ask for anything, they will make everything possible to make it done immediately. special thanks to Yara, she is a lovely perso and she is so helpful, you can see that she loves this hotel and doing everything to make it better. Also I would like to say thanks to housekeeping guys ( Rose and young gentlemen are extremely polite and helpful people). overall I didn’t see any drawbacks in the hotel and I recomend it for your stay.
