Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

Extremly satisfied with the hotel. We to the other Intercontinental and there were kind enough to send a car to pick us up! the room is fantastic big and well decorated with a beautiful vue on the Pier. it’s next to the Marine walk with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The decor was very cool and the roof top was spacious and had a great view of the city at night. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering help. The host was very easy going, kind and accomodating to our large group, regularly made us snacks and offered us sake whilst still respecting our privacy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. As for the location, it was a short walk from Sangenjaya where we spent most of our nights eating and bar hopping (open very late). Very cool area, we loved exploring the lively narrow streets.

The location was right across the street from a grocery store. It was a 7 minute walk to a metro station and 5 minutes to a main walking street with a lot of stores and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive to messages. They also suggested some places to eat and provided us with a lot of amenities in the room.
