The spa on the second floor with inside and outside pool. Very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Contemporary and well designed room with a window that opens. Very friendly and helpful staff well versed in English.

Instead of staying near Sapporo station, we chose to stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo near Shin-Sapporo station. It has direct access from New Chitose Airport without being too busy like Sapporo Station. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Shin-Sapporo Station. We had a lot of luggages so it was easy to transport them to the hotel. We also liked the amenities. We flew to Sapporo so it was perfect for us that we do not have to bring toiletries.
