I liked it a lot. I was afraid the private onsen was going to be too busy and I couldn't use it, but I was able to use it twice and I totally loved it. The staff speaks good english. The breakfast was great!!!!, It's close to the train station so everything was easy to access. Overall I liked it a lot.

Smooth check in. Good service. We were early before check in time at 3pm, left our luggage with them. At 3pm, we check in and they even placed our luggage in our room, is really very kind of them. Their services are perfect. Hotel close to train and bus station

Everything was Nice, the staff was respectefull, discret and Nice.. the place is far from the town but but Nice and near the roppeway and the bus terminus . onsen was beautifull..I love the atmosphère.. I will come back again.

The hotel is nearby to everything you will need in Takayama. Everything is just less than 5 mins walk - Train/Bus Station, Family Mart, Restaurants. The pantry is amazing, they serve free coffee all day and has proper place for us to eat our take outs.
