The welcome into the hotel was fabulous, we received a flower garland, some tea, a massage and a tour of the hotel, including meeting the chef personally. Our room was beautifully decorated and being from England, it felt like a home from home for us. The plunge pool/ sauna was fantastic and we were grateful we could book this area to have it to ourselves. We had the 6 course tasting menu for dinner both nights which was about £40 per person - unbelievable value for the food that was served. Michelin star level food at dinner and breakfast, everything tasted divine.

Upon arrival we were greeted by name and received a cup of tea with the check in process fast and efficient. Suraj and Gaming were always available to help with anything we needed, likewise Yaso was our butler who was always on hand to provide water, towels etc to our room. The food was incredible, something you would expect of a 5 star hotel in London. Pushparaj the chef at the Westbury put together a wonderful festive 4 course Christmas dinner in the dining room. The service was excellent! We missed breakfast as we wanted to lie in one morning & the staff brought the breakfast to our room (waffles, pancakes, eggs, fruit) similarly if we wanted to take the pastries away they would box them up for us.

Amazing old-world hotel. Everyone in my family from the 3 year old to the 77 year old loved everything, from the playground and playroom to the immaculate gardens and rooms and the food. People complain about the bathrooms but they're adequate, just not very updated.

The team of Mr. Janarthan was extremely polite and kind, satisfying all spoken and unspoken wishes of their guests. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, with breath-taking views. The room was very spacious and convenient. Every day some treat was left in the room - either fruits or sweets. The food in the restaurant is very tasty.
