Breakfast - small yet tasty and has everything you need. Swimming pool and sauna - very warm water in the pool, which is very relaxing and pleasant. Room - spacious. Bed - at first felt too hard, but only at first Calm sorroundings (but can be quite far from center without transport)

Lobby is nice and warm, the room was big and comfortable, view from the top floor was open and colourful. We enjoyed the stay and spa area, good temperature in the pool and sauna. Breakfast was typical Lithuanian feast from cottage cheese pancakes to herring salad, so either you like it or not, but coffee was strong and tasty. We enjoyed shiatsu and Thai massages and "dry water bed" as well. The mini holidays was really nice!

Facilities are nice, room was tiny, but that’s what I booked. I like everything about Vilnius spa hotel, atmosphere, possibility to visit restaurant ‘Labai’ while wearing a bathrobe after wellness procedures. Personnel are very helpful and I feel welcomed every time I visit. Massages were really high quality.

SPA & water park facilities were enjoyable. I liked that the pool was big, there were different sauna options, hot tubs & even some funky showers. The amount of people became a slight problem at some points, as the saunas, pools became overcrowded, but that's natural. I really liked 'SPA Namai', where we got some really good massages.

Excellent facilities after renovation, refreshed all hotel zones and pool area. A lot wellness procedures to enjoy and to choose from. If not too focused on additional services (like us) so pool area with saunas, tub are plenty enough for a nice rest. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff caring and nice. Good breakfast.

We stayed for a week. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff: before arriving, they asked me on the phone what beauty treatments I would like to order, we discussed and re-agreed by e-mail. Very positive attitude towards the client was felt during all stay. In the middle of the stay, they once again asked by e-mail if everything was ok... Our family had ordered breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, with a large variety and good quality. Spa facilities modern and tidy, deep massage was super.
