The staff was great and the offer everything you need, even including laundry service, the option to print papers (free if wanting to print plane or train tickets!). Access to spa, although I didn't use it this time

The decor was exceptional, everything was arranged very tastefully. All facilities were there to make your life easier and give you comfort. Everything was spotless clean. The host was very nice and she gave the place a very homely feel. Breakfast was very good.
