I am truly grateful for my stay at City Park Hotel in Casablanca. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and very comfortable—everything was simply perfect. We wholeheartedly endorse this apartment to everyone. We spent a total of one week at this accommodation and had nothing but positive experiences. We were a group of 13 people who arrived late at night after leaving another hotel due to hygiene and basic standard issues, stumbling upon Hilbert Princess by pure chance. However, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, our patience was rewarded and we found impeccable hygiene, service & surroundings in this apartment. Located in the heart of Casablanca, the apartment offers proximity to everything one might need: shops, landmarks & the finest restaurants. The apartment's layout is spacious, stylish & provides ample room for both children and adults. The inclusion of washing machines was particularly helpful; their ease of use sets this apartment apart, as not every accommodation offers such amenities. Moreover, we must extend our gratitude to the owner, Ibrahim, who personally arranged everything for us & displayed complete understanding of our situations. It was a truly luxurious experience from check-in to check-out. Extremely helpful staff - all of those doormen - restaurants - bars and even helpful cleaners. The suite was very comfortable well designed.

Kenzi is one of my favourite hotels , I enjoy staying there . Most of the staff are well-mannered, friendly and professional especially Zakaria and Mohcine. A hotel without good staff and service is nothing but a beautiful grave !!!!! I had an incident while I am staying but Zakaria was there to sort it out . Keep up the good work . I am coming back again ! And don't hesitate to book it. It worths every single penny 😀

The staff where by far the best thing about the property. Always helpful and polite. When we checked it the gentleman on reception noted that we where celebrating a birthday the next day. The next evening a personalised birthday cake was delivered to the room. Thank you to M on reception. The hotel was what you would expect for this star rating. Lovely pool too.
