I had the most amazing 28-night stay at this suite apartment hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect, clean, stylish, and so comfortable it felt like home. I want to sincerely thank the founder for creating such a welcoming place. A big thank you to the reception team for always being kind and helpful, the waitstaff for their prompt service, the chefs for their delicious meals, the housekeeping staff for keeping everything spotless, and the security team for making me feel safe and cared for. The hotel is new renovated so everything was clean and well designed. We got a very nice spacious room with a side sea view. The quality of the hotel facilities is great and the location on the central city beach is amazing. A lot of shops and restaurants literally few steps away, Ibn Battouta shopping mall is nearby and old town 15 minutes by walk. One thing took me by surprise and that was the customer service. I would like to specifically highlight two staff members here: Mr. Abdellah, a reservation manager for his warm welcome and professional approach upon arrival. We got very nice rooms from him and he was extremely helpful with introducing the hotel services to us. First I was actually thinking that I’m talking to the head manager of the hotel. Mr. Rabie, a room service staff member for his excellent communication skills with the guests. He’s paying attention to details and I strongly believe that this deserves a recognition and more responsible work position in the future. To you all at Barcelo Tangier: thank you and see you again.
