1. The hotel looks very fresh and nice (which is not surprising as it was built a year ago). Everything from the facade to the rooms. 2. Our room (the biggest one) was awesome! It’s like the whole flat inside the hotel. There was a fully (almost) equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, large living room with a big TV and a couch. And the terrace where you can seat and look onto the mountains. Everything from the furniture to the light switches was nice. 3. The hostesses were always nice and responsive, helping us with every question we had. 4. The pool on the roof with admirable views made us happy even in the beginning of November. 5. Great SPA with a pool inside the hotel for a fair price. But we even got it for free (2h)! Thank you for such gift. 6. Breakfasts were not in the format we are used to (smorgasbord), but still delicious, with different options every day. 7. Laundry was very helpful in the end of our trip. They even managed to wash off the blood stain with no damage to my t-shirt. Also we didn’t have many clothes to wash and got a discount.

Very nice, clean and personal. The room was excellent, big and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet place, and restaurant (and breakfast) was very good.

Sonia is a friendly, amazing host. One afternoon she drove us into town when she heard that the buses were not running properly. Property is very well maintained. The bay is across the street and water is beautiful for swimming. And you get a discount at the restaurant just down the street.

What an amazing boutique hotel! Great views of the mountain and sea. It's very peaceful and in close proximity to Kotor old town and other attractions/ towns - especially if you have a car with the added benefit of being away from the hussle and bussle. The staff really did make a huge difference - extremely helpful, friendly and always smiling. No request ever seemed to be an issue! Could not recommend this hotel any more.

Together with my wife, we chose an independent week-long trip around the Montenegrin coast, so we stayed in 5 different 4-5 star hotels in different cities during 7 days. This hotel was truly exceptional and deserves every one of its 5 stars for a relaxing adult retreat. The hotel has a very helpful and professional staff that ensures not only precise cleanliness, but also takes care of all the guests' needs (starting with a private spa area, ending with excellent solutions for establishing separate small leisure areas and a gym, where the inventory is really sufficient). We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundant and very tasty breakfast, which we enjoyed while admiring the enchanting view of the Bay of Kotor.

It's a new apartment, only 6 months working, very comfortable rooms and a balcony view is incredible. Quiet place, no any disturbing. The owner maked an early check in for me. Not so cheap price, but okay for these city and placement.
