The room was nice with the balcony view. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, I did not know that it was not included in the price of the hotel stay. With the amount that I paid to stay, I thought the breakfast was included. The breakfast was delicious regardless. The location of the hotel was odd BUT we dot used to it after the first night. The parking garage could use a bit of work BUT due to the location, I understand it probably won't happen.

Built on the sides of one of the valleys in Mellieha, the hotel offers exquisite views of the church, the bay, the islands of Gozo and Comino, and the village.

Huge thanks to Ana from the Front Office who helped me to ensure an earlier check-in; - Great breakfast - many choices of cold cuts buffet and hot dishes, sweets table was huge, juice, coffee options; - The hotel is family-oriented and has many facilities for the kids as well.

Solana Hotel offers modern rooms and studios with free Wi-Fi access, a 10-minute walk from the beach on Mellieha Bay. The rooftop terrace with pool is a real highlight.

The location is perfect, not too noisy, but at the same time close to the sea and the bus station from where you can take the bus to Valletta, Sliema, Cirkewwa and so on. The staff was super friendly and customer oriented, the breakfast was complete, a great choice, also for vegetarians, oat milk was always available on request. The room was always clean and very comfortable, with enough space and everything you need. Definitely recommendable!

Speechless, absolutely speechless! That's all i have to say. Everything was perfect, staff was fantastic i had no problems at all! Hotel is very nice, outdoor and indoor pool are both amazing. Sauna, mist room, gym.. no complaints at all. Rooms are large, very good-looking and modern, also including everything one person can need. Buffet was delicious, there was everything for anyone, i can't even describe how wide offering it had. My personal recommendation for this hotel, 10+!!

We had a fantastic stay at AX Hotel in Rabat, Malta. The healthy breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh options that set us up perfectly for the day. The gym and wellness area were a big plus, modern and well-equipped. What really stood out was the super friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the Medina – and the hotel even provided us with free bicycles, which we used for a memorable trip to the cliffs. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect base to explore Malta.
