Very helpful staff. It was hubby’s birthday and hotel has arranged a cake to our room. All staff in lobby wished him ‘happy birthday’. All staff are very friendly and never hesitate to suggest places of interest, when asked. We are very happy with all staff, especially Mr Iqmal who attended to us, during our check-in.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

The hotel is great. The room has plenty of space, even the bathroom, and it can accomodate any kind/size of luggage. I'm glad i chose this hotel right at the centre of Penang. Connected to Gurney Plaza. The elevator will take you down from your room right to the amazing eateries in the Ground Floor. All the staff were amazing from security, concierge, reception, executive lounge and the restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, bar etc Executive lounge with varieties of snacks and drinks with free access for kids. Kids pool with floaters. Breakfast spread were great! Very big bathroom with 3 separate area including bath tub. They welcome you with ice cream in the reception. Walking distance to Padang Kota (Chinese Hawkers) and short distance to other city attractions by car/grab. I regret I didn't take much photos to share
