A beautiful hotel, old world charm. Plenty of options with restaurants, bars within the hotel but also within walking distance. Amazing view with a fabulous pool in the heritage wing. The staff were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and attention to detail is awesome. Hair salon on site was great and a tailor too was great.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Outstanding 5 Star Hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel. We extended 2 times because of the extraordinary service and overall experience. Very very friendly personal who made us feel at home right away. Everybody went the extra mile to fulfil every request we had. We have stayed in a lot of hotels the last couple of years but this one is very special and offered the overall best experience so far. The breakfast was a dream come true. The gym is very well equipped and maintained with great machines and a free weight area. The standards offered by this hotel can be compared with every 5 star hotel in Europe and the service offered is even better then most of the 5 star hotels in Europe. Lovely experience for us with lots of great memory's made. We will definitely come back! Keep the good service up and don't change anything!

We checked in very late, at 2 am. The staff was considerate and let us check out later than noon. There was 24-hour food ordering for room service. The bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cool enough. The hotel was conveniently located, only 4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall.
