Stunning property and exceptionally clean, wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to help! Erick at the beach club and Carlos at the restaurant were exceptional! Every person working at Buenaventura felt like a friend and were so kind and I can’t imagine any complaints about this hotel or staff!!! The hotel was very quiet right after the protests, so can’t imagine how difficult it is to deliver such quality when the workers are still working to move back to the area, but every meal was exceptional and every staff member was fantastic. We loved the choice for restaurants, pools, even great room service. The hotel shuttle took us many places and the amenities in the Buenaventura community were wonderful. The zoo was incredible! We expected only a few animals but it had so much! The onsite deli/coffee bar/ grocery and convenience store were great. The food was very reasonably priced. We traveled with a 6 and a 14 year old and will be back!!

I really enjoyed my stay there, just about everything!. The compound is very large and spacious, nice, clean pathways and garden views ,the room was very clean and and comfortable. The restaurants was spotless with a friendly staff and great tasting food. Also the live entertainment superb!

We had a great 1 day stay at this resort. We arrived at 12h30 and immediately were invited to check-in (no queues), we were told room access could only be given at 15h, but we could start using the resort facilities, including lunch. The pools are great and our daughter loved the tobogan ones (only for children taller than 110cm). The food was always great and during the afternoon there was a taco bar which was amazing. Drinks available everywhere. Beach access right after the big pool. Lots of lifeguards and care for the children's safety. Night show for children and kids club with very nice ladies playing with them.

Excellent location. Beautiful and very serene nature. Well maintained and clean premises. Owner is very friendly and gives you tips about the area. Would recommend it to everyone. The accomodation js about a 15 minute walk to the center. Thanks for the great stay.

Very beautiful appartment with a nice balcony and view. It has everything you need, the kitchen is wel equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful, thinks of all the details and gave us a lot of tips. Perfect stay!
