The hotel is very new. According to the staff, it opened in late Dec 2022 so it's about one month old when we were there. Although it is a new hotel, all the staffs are very well trained, Kudos to the management. From the doorman, hotel transport driver, receptionist, hotel manager, the service staff at the Vegan restaurant and roof top bar, everyone is very helpful, warm and welcoming! They made our stay extra special. They recommended good tours and restaurant in the town too. Heartfelt thanks to PJ, Dani, Lorraine, Snoky, Nicole (from Verde restaurant) and the rest of the team. The location is amazing. The roof top bar has breathtaking view of the beach and other islands. Only about 2 mins walk to the beach where all the island hopping tour starts. About 5 mins walk to where the Canopy Walk starts. Easy access to other beaches and tourists activities via local tuk tuk transport at a relatively low fee. There's lots of good restaurants and shops very near the hotel. There's also a great spa that provides manicure/pedicure and massage services in the hotel building. The rooms are spacious with good views. The bed, duvet and pillows are very comfortable and fresh. They provided free bottled water and several cans of soft drink in the mini fridge too. My husband and myself are not Vegetarian nor Vegan but we truly enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. We were worried that we will miss bacon and eggs for breakfast but they serve extremely tasty and healthy breakfast menu and great coffee too. All the food presentation was excellent giving us good appetite 👍 We highly recommend H Hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in El Nido.

Everything is clean. The location is not beach front but they do offer a complementary ride to their private beach (Papaya beach). We also absolutely love all their staff which were super friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the Fire dinner buffet set up by the pool with a live band.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The tour was AMAZING, the guide ( Paul & Captain Ray) were very friendly & Helpful. Which made our experience out standing The Locations during in the tour were incredible. The rooms are extremely clean. The bar drinks are crate & the food is amazing. The welcoming was outstanding, the room decoration up on arrival was perfect. Will visit it again & Highly recommend.

Although the AirSwift plane was 1 hour late arriving at 4:30 pm, the transfer was still taken care of by Ruel. It felt like a James Bond movie: from the plane into the van driving onto the jetty directly to the speed boat that took us to the island in only 20 min … just in time before night fall, which is when the coast guard wouldn’t allow any boat ride anymore. The full board catering was fantastic, both in terms of Filipino and Western food. The waiters and cooks were fabulous living up to the wonderful Filipino philosophy of bayanihan … doing everything to make you happy, not because they’re staff, but because one genuinely feels that they are happy if the guest is happy. There was not one angry soul in this place!! As a lover of Filipino food, I didn’t need to request the food I like … they read it in my eyes (pinakbet, kamote cue etc). The following stood out in particular: Vergel, Ricky, Chai, Jess, Alfonso, Fhee, John, Vern. As to the complimentary activities: We were overwhelmed with what was already included in the package. Two guides stood out: Reylan and Marlon bent over backwards for me to get the best snorkeling experience and gently took care of my Asawa, Edna, who - thanks to them - is no longer afraid of the water and the ocean. In summary: job well done from the cleaners to the waiters/cooks to the tour guides to the receptionists (Kath & Kath and Jess) and lastly the wonderful manager Francis.

Check in was a breeze, got the keys from Happiness Boutique Resort reception and headed straight to the villa. My partner and I loved the place, really enjoyed the privacy and the unique design of the space. Well worth the price :)

    Truly amazing staff. They went well beyond their normal duties and responsibilities. Hotel was in a great location for us. It is a short 5-minute shuttle ride to a quieter, more relaxed beach with loads of eating options and shops. Free shuttle buses saved us lots on taxis. Breakfast was good. Pool amazing Restaurant also very reasonable and good quality. Would definitely stay again. It was nice to have space and quiet after long days on boat tours

    Located in downtown, the room is tidy and comfortable. The breakfast Ver De is surprisingly delicious! The staff are all lovely. With a spa on the 1st floor and a drink at the rooftop "Piece of Sky" make it perfect for relaxation after a day at sea!

    We had the most wonderful stay at H Hotel. Emi and all of the staff were so helpful! They decorated our room for our honeymoon which we very much appreciated. My husband loved the Chinese toilet in the exec room. Beds were comfy, Aircon good, airport pick up was very appreciated. Breakfast was good even though we're not vegan. Cocktails and rooftop sunset bar were lovely. Their concierge service was excellent - booked a tour with bento box, transfer to Nacplan beach and massages with their spa. All we're excellent.
