Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Classy hotel, nice room, nice view, clean. Clean bathroom with huge bathtub! Hot water! Nice staff, very helpful. Hotel is literally on top of a huge shopping mall, everything is available there! Foodhall, shops, supermarket etc. Hotel is in center, walking distance from bay.
