It was a well-run, quality hotel, that had the aesthetic style of a log cabin interior. The location is excellent for anyone using public transportation instead of cars. It is close to the train station, and is a nice choice for a central hub, especially if you want to use the cable car located in town. Great restaurants nearby, and a super high quality restaurant in the hotel itself - it was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Europe! The room was so large and spacious. It happened to be storming, and the room ended up being perfect since we could get full meals and use the kitchen, then relax on the couch and jacuzzi.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable and good location hotel. Receptionist very friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Willing to "go extra mile" to help us. Beds very comfortable, had good sleep. Wellness such a great bonus to our holiday. We been here previously and planning to return again.

Great location, very friendly staff, great breakfast choices and tasty meals, nice selection of hot cocktails. Excellent facilities (spa, sauna, pool, bowling, kids playroom etc.) Great for a family stay. Nice clean rooms with mountain views.
