Location was absolutely perfect with everything nearby. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were lovely and able to provide advise and help with onward travel. Was getting over jetlag so having netflix on the TV was wonderful when up in the middle of the night. AC worked great. Room was very clean. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Great staff, always smiling and helpful. Really amazingly clean rooms, not a speck of dust. Free water by the bottle which is very much unlike many other hotels. I can see they put in a lot of effort and heart to make the stay a great one for all guests. Inbuilt bluetooth speaker that extends to the bathroom! as well

The quality and variety of the breakfast was excellent. And the room was clean and spacious and the location in the old part of town was perfect. However the standout for us was the staff, anything we asked about they went beyond. When we asked about bus travel to Chiang Rai, not only did they guide us to the appropriate website, when our bank card didn't work they used their own and we only had to reimburse them. Their kindness saved us so much time and trouble.
