Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was excellent, we were in building 1 with a corner room, it had access to the pool. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating, from the manager, concierge, to the kitchen staff, everyone did their best to make me feel well looked after and address my requests. I really appreciate their help! Highly recommend Hotel Grandiose if you are ever in Chiang Rai! I can't wait to visit again.

We had an extraordinary stay with family, in this magnificent residence, very comfortable with a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect for nice sunsets. The rooms as well as the beds are very comfortable and at night there is no noise because we are in nature ! Breakfast is good, can feel forest fresh air. But the waitress is so ego, I don’t like to waste food so I call my driver to eat my breakfast but he full. So he want to pack the fried rice, driver asking if possible to give him plastic, but keep saying can’t , bla bla, at last not give. Just simple help one small plastic.
