First of all the entire staff was helpful and incredibly nice. From the restaurant staff, pool staff, cleaners, concierge and management. Location you can’t be closer to shopping and food hall than this hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job. Food was one of the best we have eaten and were always restocked. The pool are has something for everyone. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Pattaya

The customer service was excellent. on arrival we were been greeted by the front staff and there on our smooth transition happened. I would like to give special mention to the door men. They were so cheerful and had a big smile on their faces everytime welcoming the guests. i truly believe small gestures make big difference.

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. There are two types of pillows: high and low and it was excellent for me. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I would especially like to mention the lovely Jill who helped me with every question. She was very patient and gave me excellent service 🙂 It was so good and I decided to stay another night even though the hotel is a bit far from the beach. 3 minutes with a motorcycle taxi and I got everywhere.
