The most special place in the gorgeous location of Sidi Bou Said. The staff, especially Ibrahim who made sure all our needs were met especially during breakfast time and went out of his way during our stay. Also giving us a later check out enabled us to reach the airport fresh and stress free. The views are exquisite and each room is tastefully decorated in an individual way with attention to small details. Loved everything about this place! Thank you so much!

Neira Hotel is a new property where you feel very confortable as soon as you step inside. The lighting, decoration and the plants all around the villa create a very warm and homey atmosphere. Excellent hotel. Stayed a couple nights as a female solo traveler and I felt very safe and looked after. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice pool, very large rooms, which were quiet - I also liked the spa area.

Staff were smazing. Mehdi at reception was very informed to surrounding shops/restaurants. Kept our bags for 2 days before check in. Were also fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite. Hotel is trendy yet functional at the same time.

We loved our experience at this hotel! It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!
