The staff (esp. Dawud) went above and beyond for our fairly complex needs. They arranged transportation, a wheelchair rental and even lent us his transit pass for the day. It's located very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Tons of restaurants, etc. very close by.

Lovely experience. Location was 10mins walk from main attractions. Rabia front desk manager was so accommodating and gave us a exceptional breakfast on the terrace every morning.
