My four-night stay at La Vela was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was simply magnificent. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue!

Perfect, excellent value at 1.22M VND per night. But I suspect this will increase post-covid. Tallest building in the city...the view is incredible. Staff very professional and friendly. Bar on the top floor is a must visit.

Everything from the facilities, cleanliness and location was excellent. Special mention must be made to the staff who were tremendously pleasant, helpful and polite during my stay. Huong, Grang, Ngoc, Hoai and Tuyen were all wonderful at reception. The staff on the high floor restaurant were also so friendly and helpful.

Kobi Onsen Resort was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Bep, the bartender, for the fun and delicious Vietnamese salt coffee class, and to Lynn, whose firm and professional customer service stood out. The receptionist was always helpful and made everything easy. I also loved the yoga sessions with Yulia – peaceful, energizing, and beautifully led. A perfect place to relax and recharge! We have booked the villa with private onsen, what an unexpected treat!

One of the classiest, most charming and at the same time authentic places I've ever stayed at. This is exactly what I have imaged as my dreamlike Vietnam accommodation (and I did a LOT of research before our travels). Beyond the stunning architecture (we tried both Vietnamese and French villas), the location is filled with charm, easy enough to navigate the city, and staff have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Food was yummy, services excellent. Me and my partner truly loved this place.

This was our 4th or 5th stay at Indochine Palace. The level of service, comfort, cleanliness, etc. is consistently good. We used to stay at Melia/Vinpearl in Hue, and came to Indochine Palace "accidentally" due to Vinpearl being completely booked. Since then we have been loyal to Indochine Palace. And we will be staying there again and again and again.
