Amazing we could use the spa just for us by booking a time slot. Went every night, we all loved it! Internet could be a little better but not important when you are surrounded by beautiful nature. Everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, comfortable apartment, nice views on the mountains, great facilites, convenient location. We’ve stayed there for a week and will definitely stay again. In den Pyrenäen Andorras begrüßt Sie im Bergdorf El Serrat das Xalet Bringué Hotel. Das einladende Holz- und Steingebäude besticht durch sein Designer-Dekor. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

Zum Acta Arthotel in Andorra la Vella gehören ein Restaurant mit regionaler Küche, das "Plato Restaurant", und ein Spa mit Sauna und türkischem Bad. Die öffentliche Tiefgarage hat einen direkten Fahrstuhl zum Hotel. Unbedingt vorher einchecken, denn man braucht die Zimmer Karte, um den Fahrstuhl zu benutzen. Selbst wenn das Parkhaus zu Stoßzeiten voll ist, kann man an der Straße kurz warten, bis jemand rausfährt. Sehr zentral, aber die Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Personal sehr sehr nett !

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

When I looked up reviews for this hotel on different websites, I was surprised by a 5-stars rating. Not 4,8 or 4,9 - straight 5. And the reason for that is because Blackpine delivers what you cannot get in most luxury hotels - a PERSONALIZED luxury experience. It is really about their team's attention to you as a valued customer: they will try to help with everything starting from your arrival, to giving advices on visiting different places within and out of the city, and up till it is time to leave (special thanks to Taras). Rooms are great: very clean (almost to an extreme level), cleverly designed and offering good amenities. Very good breakfast. I am not a fan of valet parking, but the one offered by the hotel (25EUR per night) was absolutely fine and no troubles at all. We definitely will be back!

Die Unterkunft El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments, die 30 km von Naturland entfernt gelegen ist, bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einer Gemeinschaftslounge, einem Spa- und... Super freundlicher Empfang und eine tolle Betreuung. Tolles Zimmer. Super sauber und komfortabel. Spa ist super. Einziger Punkt: Fußweg zum Lift ist umständlich.

Die Unterkunft Les Pardines 1819 Mountain suites & SPA, die in Encamp, 25 km von Naturland entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einem kostenlosen... It is a magical place, where staff were clearly happy to work there and empowered. We felt pampered and looked after. A massive thanks to Toni from the restaurant, for his kind attention and innate sense of hospitality. Fantastic breakfast! Great job to all staff, from reception to cleaners!

Pablo was the best receptionist ever, he gave us the best spot to park our car, the best free wardrobes, and free bath tubs. He was always with a huge smile saluting us.
