Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised.
It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems.
The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Walking only 30 meters to the ski piste was fantastic. Only 10 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Arinsal village with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Loved the spa and breakfast as well!

The room was big enough for 3 people, the beds were big and comfortable, the bathroom was big with two sinks.
The room was positioned to the east and we benefited from a lot of natural light. It was also very warm room. The hotel has a spa that should not be missed. The food at breakfast and dinner is very good, including for vegetarians.

I love the pool, cleanliness, staff were super helpful including the ski hire staff. The transfers were great when they ran smoothly but there were times when staff didnt book out slot or my kids had to travel on their own as there was only 1 space available.the transfer drivers were just lovely, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Breakfast was fab. Overall a fantastic hotel. The spa facilities are amazing and a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The views from the pool are just phenomenal

Breakfast and associated staff perfect. Reception staff excellent. Bar staff excellent. Facilities ( dirty bath water in both rooms, lack of tea/coffee in the rooms) and not being made aware of additional charges for use of spa (despite paying 200 Euros per room per night) were disgraceful. Very disappointed in this area. Location perfect.
