This hotel continues to impress me with its excellent service and facilities. One standout feature is the convenience of its massive 4-floor underground parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly efficient and eager to help with any request. Check-in took only two minutes, and we were quickly assisted with our luggage up to the room. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious at 52 square meters. It was a corner room with large windows offering a great view of the city. The room itself was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was friendly and consistently excellent. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. There was a wide range of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Joan (if I recall her name correctly), were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of the city. Directly across the road is a shopping mall that has everything from A to Z, including a supermarket. Next to the mall is a lively walking street filled with restaurants and bars, making it perfect for dining out and enjoying the local atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s SPA services, including a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The treatments were of a high standard, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making it a truly relaxing experience. Overall, Maritim Hotel Plaza is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service, modern amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The luxurious Xheko Imperial Hotel boasts a location in the very centre of Tirana, close to the big park. The Carlsberg Restaurant serves Albanian and Italian specialties and features a rooftop terrace, while the wine bar offers a wide selection of local wines. I’m giving five stars because the staff was really kind but honestly I have to mention they did not pay attention to detail at all. I had emailed the property at least eight times to pick me up at the airport specifically with the sign and when I arrived at the airport I looked everywhere for 45 minutes and had to take a separate taxi. The point was I wanted to sign with my name for my travel agency and my journals. Also, this was my 88th country. I’m writing a travel book and they did not even put a note in the room Saying congratulations on your 88th country had specifically requested at least eight times and when I arrived there was nothing in the room so I was really disappointed for these two topics because I was really looking forward to photographing it, including it in my daily journals for 10,000 followers and clients to see…. Very disappointing after 8 emails that 1. nobody was at the airport with a sign with my name on it, 2. no amenity nor card in the room regarding my 88th country for my travel book and 10,000 followers and clients to see and nobody at the front desk could recommend tours I spent over $300 for tours with a taxi driver...
