Excellent breakfast on the 5th floor of the hotel, with a breathtaking view. Beach set included in the price of the stay. Very clean inside of the hotel, around the hotel and also on the beach. A kettle is part of the room's equipment (still have a few tea bags and instant coffee 🙂 - but those who are prepared are not surprised...)

Many thanks to the owner for the very detailed help and guidelines with the check-in and the instructions on the apartment facilities and equipment. Thanks as well for the coffee, tea, water and croissants that was welcoming us in the premises upon our arrival. Hospitality was exceptional - it was a very pleasant surprise! Apartment is well equipped, exceptionally clean with a good location and importantly - car parking lot. We also enjoyed time at the swimming pool complex in the building (for additional fee), which is a very nice bonus for this place. We recommend this place and will definitely choose it again if we travel to Albania!

Ideal location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, just 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket and several good restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The weather here in summer is hot and relaxing. The atmosphere in the city is festive and wonderful! I would especially like to note the friendliness and assistance in resolving many issues not only for accommodation, but also for organizing the rest of manager Pasha. We really want to come back again!
