Superb hotel in the charming El Calafate. The staff was really nice and helpful. We got great advice about visiting Perito Moreno Glacier, and many other information. The room was very big and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

it is a private house, and the room (with kitchen and bathroom) is in the back. It is new, clean and with a nice view of the lake. The location is outside of the city, so a car is needed. Breakfast was ok, not great. all in all a very pleasant experience

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

It was pretty big room, renovated, it’s quite at night.
There is no fridge or tea station, but it was never promised in the room description when we were booking.
It’s seems being far from center, but it’s 10 minute walk, so very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel and highly recommend. Beautiful views at the rear and peaceful location slightly out of town however they run a free shuttle bus all day/night into El Calafate town. (10 mins).
Highly recommend - clean/comfy bed - ALL excellent!

The hotel is situated just outside of Calafate. It has a very nice lounge where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The room is spacious and clean. The spa facilities are good but basic. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with very limited savory options. I believe that the price could be slightly lower for what the hotel offers.
